By accessing, using, or placing a pre-order through DealsBuzz.lk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
DealsBuzz.lk is a pre-order confirmation and product sourcing platform created to organize customer requests and offer access to a wide range of products. We are not a fully automated commercial e-commerce store and do not hold ready stock unless explicitly stated. All products displayed are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, and acceptance by DealsBuzz.lk. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any pre-order request where the product cannot be sourced or supplied.
Products are sourced mainly from official Middle East brand websites and/or verified international suppliers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure products are genuine and authentic. We do not compromise on quality and aim to supply products in original condition. Minor differences in packaging, labeling, or regional specifications may occur due to international sourcing.
DealsBuzz.lk is an independent pre-order sourcing service and is not an authorized distributor, dealer, or representative in Sri Lanka for any brand unless clearly stated in writing. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
Pre-orders require advance payment as communicated during order confirmation. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified by DealsBuzz.lk. Any remaining balance must be paid before dispatch/delivery.
Prices are displayed in LKR unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary due to exchange rate changes, supplier pricing, or international logistics costs. Once an order is confirmed, DealsBuzz.lk will make reasonable efforts to honor the agreed price for that order.
The next shipment date will be clearly mentioned on the DealsBuzz.lk website. Delivery time of 15–20 working days is calculated from the shipment date, not from the payment date. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may change due to customs clearance, courier delays, supplier issues, or other factors beyond DealsBuzz.lk's control.
All delivery charges are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise. DealsBuzz.lk may offer free or discounted delivery during promotional events at its discretion.
Customer Cancellation: If the customer cancels a confirmed pre-order, DealsBuzz.lk will issue a refund after deducting 5% of the total amount paid as a processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval. DealsBuzz Cancellation: If DealsBuzz.lk cancels an order due to product unavailability or sourcing issues, the customer will receive a 100% full refund within 7–14 working days.
Customers must ensure all provided details (name, address, contact number, size, model, color) are accurate. DealsBuzz.lk is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.
Products sourced internationally may not carry Sri Lanka local warranty unless clearly stated. Warranty (if any) is subject to brand or supplier policies and regional limitations.
DealsBuzz.lk will check the product before dispatch and may share photo/video proof with the customer. Once the product is handed over to the courier and delivered, DealsBuzz.lk is not responsible for damage, loss, or misuse caused during delivery or after receipt. Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and report visible issues within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.
DealsBuzz.lk does not offer exchanges for pre-ordered items, including size, color, model, or preference changes. Customers are fully responsible for selecting correct product details before confirming the order. All confirmed pre-orders are considered final.
DealsBuzz.lk reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, false information, or abusive behavior.
DealsBuzz.lk shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including customs delays, shipping disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.
DealsBuzz.lk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays, or inconvenience caused by third-party couriers or international logistics. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer.
