DealsBuzz.lk is a pre-order confirmation website. We help customers request and confirm branded products by sourcing them mainly from Middle East official websites and trusted suppliers.
No. DealsBuzz.lk is not a normal commercial ready-stock store. Most items are pre-order only and are sourced after confirmation.
Just click "Place Pre-Order" or "Ask More Info" on the website. You will be connected to us via WhatsApp or Instagram, and we will guide you.
Delivery takes 15–20 working days from the shipment date. The next shipment date will be shown on our website.
It will start from the shipment date, not from the day you make the payment.
We always try our best ✅ But it is an estimated timeline, and delays may happen due to supplier delays, shipping delays, customs clearance, or courier delays. We will update you if delays happen.
Delivery fee must be paid by the customer, unless we announce free delivery promotions.

Yes ✅ Before dispatch, DealsBuzz.lk will check the item and share a photo/video for customer confirmation.
After the order is delivered, DealsBuzz.lk is not responsible for courier damages or customer handling issues. Please check your parcel immediately on delivery and inform us within 24 hours if there's any issue.
Yes ✅ You can cancel. If you cancel, we will refund your payment after deducting 5% as a processing fee.
If we cancel due to product unavailability or sourcing issues, you will receive a 100% full refund.
No ❌ DealsBuzz.lk does not offer exchanges (size, color, model change not allowed). Please confirm your size and details carefully before ordering.
If you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours with clear photo/video proof and we will assist you.
Most imported products may not have Sri Lanka local warranty. Warranty depends on the original brand policy and region limitations.
